Der Grauburgunder Gutswein wird am Weingut Dönnhoff im Stahltank ausgebaut und zeigt mit seiner Frische schön die Typizität der Region. Elegante helle Nase nach Birnenschale, Datteln, auch Kletzenbrot, gelbe Ringlotten, Nuancen von Zitronenzeste und Nuancen von rauchigem Stein. Am Gaumen eine glatte Textur mit zartem Schmelz, leicht erdig-mineralisch, dazu eine feinherbe Säure, Dörrbirne mit etwas Boskop-Apfelschale, aber sehr ausgeglichen, harmonisch und saftig auch im Abgang.
