Description

Der Canta Manana ist ein 2022 eine Cuvée aus 40% Mourvèdre, 30% Carignan und 30% Grenache Noir. Die Trauben werden quasi direkt gepresst, womit der Canta Manana eher ein leichter Rosé ist. Der Wein ist aufgefallen und anspruchsvoll, hat in diesem Jahr zusätzlich auch noch ein paar Gramm Restzucker, da es der Wein nicht ganz durch die Gärung geschafft hat.
