Eleganter barriqueausgebauter Weißburgunder aus Franken. In der Nase Butter-Croissant, reife Quitte, Akazienblüten, ein Hauch Mohn. Am Gaumen doch (noch) etwas opulent, grün blättrige Noten, aber durch die gute Säure auch aufgeweckt und sehr lebendig, mit der Zeit entwickelt sich eine leichte Salzigkeit, das Holz ist schon noch erkennbar, sehr gute Anlagen fürs Altern!
