Ein filigraner Weißburgunder, dezent und apart. Verspielte Nase nach Limettenschale und Apfel, eine Idee von Mandarine und rosa Grapefruit, daneben Duft von Heu und ein Hauch Salbei. Am Gaumen viel Spannung, erst eher cremig in der Textur bevor bizzelig-frische mineralische Anklänge vom Kalkmergel hinzukommen. Die Säure ist harmonisch eingebunden und gibt dem Wein einen eleganten Kick im Abgang.
