Eine Cuvée aus 40% Welschriesling, 30% Weißburgunder und 30% Sauvignon Blanc, auf der Maische vergoren und unfiltriert gefüllt. In der Nase viel Phenolik von der Schale, Bratapfel, Heu und Kräuter, auch feine ätherische Noten. Am Gaumen eine stoffige Textur mit viel Grip, sehr lebendig und würzig mit vielschichtigen Aromen, dabei ausgewogen und elegant, äußerst druckvoll -ja mächtig- im Abgang. [GB 07/2023]
