Helles Rubingranat, in der Nase Anfangs süsse Fruchtnoten von Walderdbeeren aber auch florales vom Flieder. Am Gaumen gibt sich Fürsts Spatburgunder eher puristisch, eine eher drahtige Struktur mit viel Würze und einer feintragender Säure, neben Walderbeeren finden sich auch Zwetschen, gute Länge.
