Wachstum Bodenstein kommt aus einer speziellen Parzelle im oberen Bereich der Riede Achleiten, ausgebaut im Stahltank mit kurzem Hefekontakt um die luftig und kühle Art des Terroir zu transportieren. in der Nase Ananas, Grapefruit und Pfirsich, zarter Blütenhonig, würzige Nuancen nach Paprika. Am Gaumen kraftvoll und dabei sehr präzise, saftige gelbe Frucht, mächtiger mineralischer Druck, großes Potential. [GB 03/2016]
