Der Einstiegs-Riesling von Wittmann bringt viel Duft ins Glas. Der Beginn ist zart rauchig, etwas Pfirsich, sehr feiner Duft, ganz zarte florale Noten. Knackiger Geschmack am Gaumen mit einer frischen Säure, auch wieder zart rauchig, eine leicht kalkige Mineralik ist spürbar, wieder Steinobst, etwas gelber Apfel, cremig hin zum finish. Ein außergewöhnlicher Gutswein!
