Ein Neuzugang in Hause Dönnhoff, wie der Name Klamm (Einschnitt in den Berg) schon vermuten läßt gehören diese Weinberge zu den steilsten der ganzen Nahe, die Böden sind extrem steinig und bestehen größtenteils aus Porphyr. Steinobst, etwas Kernobst, weiße Blüten und die Würze des Schiefers sind hier ebenso präsent wie ein balanciertes Spiel von Süße, nerviger Säure und feiner Mineralität. Das ist ein Riesling Kabinett, der vom ersten Moment an singt. [GB 06/2022]
