Description
Zieregg, die wertvollste Lage des Weingutes Tement, mit Süd-Südwestausrichtung direkt and er Grenz zu Slovenien, Muschelkalk und zum Teil Kalkmergel (Opok) im Boden bieten beste Voraussetzungen für kräftige Weine mit großem Enticklungspoential. Mittleres Gelbgrün, in der Nase einladende gelbe Frucht, Zitronengelee, Nuancen von Kakaobohne, Nougat und getrockneten Kräutern, zart rauchige Anklänge. Am Gaumen kraftvolles Bukett, stoffig, engmaschig und komplex, feines Säurespiel, ganz zarte Röstaromen, feine Würze und Mineralik im Abgang, herrliche Salzspuren und tolle Länge, erreicht hohes burgundisches Niveau.
