Frisch geöffnet zeigt Beckers Chardonnay Mineral eine reduktive Nase, die später etwas ins Rauchige übergeht, in der Nase Sternfrucht, ein Hauch Sesam, etwas Grapefruitzeste und vegetabile Noten. Am Gaumen elegant und frisch mit saftiger Säure und fein aufgelöster, präsenter Kalkmineralik, die im Abgang lange bleibt. [AB 12/2016]
