Ein ausgefallener und frecher Winzer-Sekt von Moritz Kissinger aus 100% Chardonnay Trauben. In der Nase ein Kräuter-Cocktail aus Waldmeister, Minze, Zitronenmelisse, Limetten und rauchiger Stein. Am Gaumen grün und frisch, mit einer krassen Säure, dazu eine tolle -extrem feine- Perlage, zart-mineralische Anklänge, äußerst erfrischend, langes Finish, gute Länge, Limettenzeste im Nachhall.
