Am Weingut Juris legt man schon immer großen Wert auf die Burgundersorten St. Laurent und Pinot Noir. Mittleres Rubingranat, in der Nase Weichsel und Walderdbeeren, Waldboden, Hibiskus mit Edelholznoten, leichter burgundischer Touch. Am Gaumen feingliedrig, Pflaumenkompott, weiche Karamelltöne und präsente Röstaromen, zartes Tannin mit einer dezenten Säure, dunkle Schokolade und Kirschen im Abgang. [GB 02/2015]
