Description
der frühere Blaufränkisch Hochacker heißt jetzt "vom LEHM", was die Herkunft von schweren Lehmböden dokumentieren soll. Maischegärung im Stahltank und anschließender Ausbau im großen Eichenfass. In der Nase kühl und dunkel, Kirschfrucht, Cassis, ein Hauch Gewürznelken und Lakritze. Am Gaumen eine frische Textur mit ordentlich Kraft, dazu eine erfrischende Säure, Schlehen mit zart blättrigem Touch, mürbes Tannin und etwas Bleistift im Abgang. [GB , Jg. 2020]
