Sehr helles Gelb, in der Nase nach Holunderblüten, zart traubig nach Muskatnuss, am Gaumen cremig weich, schön balanciert zwischen Frucht und zarter Restsüße, ganz leichte Zitrusnoten zum Abgang hin. Mein persönlicher Favorit zu Weichschimmelkäse!
