100% Chardonnay Ortswein Nuits-Saint-Georges aus der Lage Aux Croix Rouges. Wie die gesamte 2020er Serie von Frederic Cossard mit messerscharfer karger Frische. In der Nase dem Saint-Romain nicht unähnlich - noch eine Spur präziser: feine Amalfi-Zitrone, Melone, zartes Wachs mit Quittentouch, vielleicht auch etwas Banane, perfekte leise Reduktion (sprich: ein eleganter Hauch Feuerstein). Am Gaumen eine fordernde kalkige Textur, die knackige Säure übernimmt sofort das Geschehen, wie wenn man einen Salzstein lutschen würde, die Frucht bleibt dezent im Hintergrund, der Holzeinsatz nicht spürbar, und so ergibt sich ein vergnüglicher Tanz aus Mineralik + Säure + Salz.
