Der Blanc de Blancs Tradition von Griesel wird aus Weißburgunder erzeugt, wie alle Schaumweine des Sekthauses spontan vergoren, in gebrauchten Holzfässern ausgebaut und ohne Schwefel in die Flasche gefüllt. Tradition steht für die fruchtigsten und charmantesten Schaumweine bei Griesel, diese bleiben etwa 16 Monate auf der Hefe. In der Nase mit reifer Frucht und dezentem Brioche, dazu feine florale Noten, ein Hauch Jasmin und Minze, etwas Steinobst und dezente Rauchigkeit. Am Gaumen mit cremig-charmantem Beginn, dann bizelig und fordernde Perlage mit gutem Zug, feine Cremigkeit und dezente Mineralik, bleibt feingliedrig und saftig. [CB 04/2019]
