der Zweigelt von Umathum zeigt auch in diesem Jahrgang feine, kühle Noten, in der Nase frische Weichsel und rote Johannisbeere, dazu eine schöne Würze mit etwas Salbei und einem Hauch schwarzer Pfeffer, animierend und einladend. Am Gaumen eine weiche und mürbe Textur, saftig und leichtfüßig, frische Kirsche und wieder etwas Pfeffer, dann Zwetschge mit feinen Kräutern unterlegt, sehr dezent in Säure und Tannin, ganz leichte Röstaromatik und ein Hauch Kaffee zum Abgang hin, ein feingliedriger Zweigelt mit gutem Trinkfluss.
