Johannes' Weine aus der Velue-Serie sind im Stahltank sowie im großen Holzfass spontan vergoren und ausgebaut. Teilweise werden ganze Trauben gepresst, teils etwas Maischestandzeit und ein kleiner Teil in Amphoren auf der Schale. Das Ergebnis ist ein (fast) klassischer und herrlich leichter Grüner Veltliner mit zarter Kräuterwürze, Grapefruit, Zitronenzeste und Boskop-Apfel-Noten. Am Gaumen karg, würzig, frisch und mit stabiler Säurestruktur. Ein super Grüner Veltliner zu einem charmantem Preis, Johannes spricht von "gefährlichem Trinkfluss". [AS 05/2024]
