Johannes Zillingers Rosé aus der NUMEN-Serie ist komplex und charaktervoll. Der St. Laurent verleiht diesem Amphorenwein eine helles Rubin (fast rotweinartige Farbe]. Er gewinnt seine Komplexität von 100 Jahre alten Reben. In der Nase kühler floraler Duft nach Kirschen und Himbeeren, mit zarter Würze, (noch) leichter Hefeschleier und karger Mineralik. Am Gaumen eine straffe Textur mit animierender Säure, filigranes Tannin, dabei sehr saftige Frucht, wieder kirschig, ein Hauch Pfeffer, etwas rauchiger Stein, guter Zug im Abgang. [GB Jg. 2020]
