Description
Pétillant Naturel, kurz Pet Nat und bei Gerhard Pittnauer Pitt Nat genannt, ist die natürliche Urform der Schaumweinherstellung: dabei wird der noch gärende Most in die Flasche gefüllt, mit einem Kronkorken verschlossen und dann fertig vergoren. Gerade Bio-Winzer lieben diese Verfahren, man kommt ganz ohne Zusatz von Zucker und Schwefel aus.
