Auch ein schäumendes Experiment aus Apfelmost und der Bouvier-Traube ist mit im Paket dabei. Die Weine von Claus Preisinger sind keine expressiven Fruchtbomben, vielmehr sollte man den Weinen, bei allem Trinkfluss und deren teils wilden Art die sie mitbringen, Zeit und Luft geben damit sie ihre volle Komplexität zeigen können.
