In der Nase frech und frisch, dazu Zwetschke, reife Sauerkirsche und Hagebute, untermalt mit einem Hauch Bohnenkraut, Feigenkaffee und Malz. Am Gaumen saftig und dabei zart rauchig, sanfte und weiche Tannine, Nuancen von Pinienwald bzw. dessen Harz und Schlehen, zart-herbe Säure, dabei ausgewogen und trinkig.
