Auch der Zweigelt passt auf die tiefgründigen Löß- und steinigen Konglomeratböden des Traisentales. Mittleres Rubingranat, mit leichter Randaufhellung, in der Nase interessant blättrig, vegetale Noten, darunter Kirschfrucht, Zwetschkenröster, leicht phenolischer Einschlag. Am Gaumen herzhaft weitmaschige Textur, schöne Säureanklänge, Nuancen von Weichseln und Himbeermark, leichte Pfefferwürze, angenehm weiche Tannine, erfrischend zitroniger Touch im Abgang.
