Der Rotgipfler ist eine autochthone Weißweinsorte aus Österreich besser gesagt aus der Thermeneregion (hier stehen 100 vom weltweit nur 110 Hektar großen Bestand). Helles goldgelb, animierende exotische Nase nach süßer Ananas, reifer Birne, auch etwas Mango, ein Hauch Zitronenzeste und Maiglöckchen. Am Gaumen eine extrakt- und körpereiche Textur, vollmundig-saftig, ja fast üppig, dazu eine zarte Säure mit zart-rauchiger Mineralik, Exotik-Cocktail pur, äußerst angenehm und fruchtig auch im Nachhall. Großes Trinkvergnügen für alle die es sämig mögen! [GB Jg. 2020]
