ein "wilder" Naturwein-Rosé aus der sehr alten -fast vergessenen- Rebsorte Blauer Portugieser: 2-3 Tage mit ganzen Trauben auf der Maische, spontan vergoren, ungeschminkt und unfiltriert gefüllt. Sehr helles Rubinrot, wenig Alkohol bei 10% und leichtes moussieren. In der Nase Cranberry-Noten, dezente Feuerstein Reduktion mit feinem Hefetouch, am Gaumen eine kernig-fruchtige Textur mit herzerfrischender Säure, zart grünlich vegetabile Nuancen, guter Biss im Nachhall.
