Gelungene Einstiegs-Cuvée von Andi Weigand aus Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Scheurebe und Bacchus, aus verschiedenen Lagen rund um Iphofen. In der Nase einladend mostig, Grapefruit, Boskop-Apfel, Quitte, dazu der Duft von Croissants und zart rauchige Nuancen vom Keuper. Am Gaumen eine frische -leicht hefige- Textur, herb-säuerlich nach Apfel, eine Spur Zitronenschale, auch etwas Kräuter, minimal reduktive Noten mit feiner Mineralik, weißer Stein, gut balanciert, sehr saftig - die pure Trinkfreude!
