Cuvée aus 80% Welschriesling, 10% Weißburgunder und 10% Grüner Veltliner, helles Goldgelb, in der Nase reife Babybanane, Kletzenbirne, mineralische Nuancen, ein Hauch Thymian und Zimtrinde. Am Gaumen zart herbe Birnenfrucht, hindergründiges Säurespiel, gelungene Vermählung von Struktur und Trinkfluß. Großartiger Speisenbegleiter!
