Dieser Weiße Burgunder von Philipp Kuhn ist der moderne trockene Weißweintyp, obwohl er »Tradition« heißt. In der Nase intensive Burgunderfrucht - fast etwas parfümiert: frische Birne, getrocknet Ananas, Galiamelone und ein Hauch Walderdbeeren (ja!). Am Gaumen eine sämige Textur, dann ein perfektes Spiel der frischen Säure mit der Fruchtsüße, Grapefruitzeste, leicht rauchige Kalkmineralik, bleibt sehr angenehm auf der Zunge, ein tolles Trinkvergnügen.
