Weißer Burgunder Sand & Kalk 2017
Description
Der Weiße Burgunder von Gottfried Lamprecht wurde im 600 Liter Startin Fass ausgebaut, vorher gab es aber noch drei Tage Maischestandzeit für die kerngesunden Trauben. Zwei Chargen wurden mit 7 Tagen Unterschied gelesen, separat ausgebaut und anschließend cuvéetiert. In der Nase eine leichte Reduktion, frische Quitte, Honigmelone, Sesamkörner, Nuancen von Butterkaramell, dazu eine leichte Feuersteinnote, das Holz ist so gut wie nicht zu spüren. Am Gaumen saftig mit einer schmelzigen Textur, durch die Maischestandzeit wirkt der Weiße Burgunder sehr füllig auf der Zunge, etwas Birne und ein Hauch Grapefruit, gute Säure mit feiner Mineralik und ein leicht rauchiges Finish mit gutem Zug nach hinten.
