Der Rebholz Weißburgunder aus der Lage Im Sonnenschein ist auch in 2021 wieder sehr feingliedrig und zart. In der Nase mit kühlen, kräutrigem Beginn, Limette, Stachelbeere, Granny Smith, schon jetzt sehr zugänglich und offen, große Eleganz, mit Luft wird er noch deutlich komplexer. Am Gaumen saftig und mit feinem kalkigem Grip, bleibt hier auch sehr fein, dazu kommt eine leichte Cremigkeit, die Aromatik bleibt kühl und zitrisch, Minze, etwas Waldmeister und viel Frische, stimmig und mit guter Balance.
