Der Weisse Burgunder Gutswein ist in diesem Jahr sehr minimalistisch und kernig, sehr dezente Nase mit weißer Birne und feiner Rauchigkeit, am Gaumen sehr direkt, straffe Struktur, fast etwas salzig, dazu kommt eine speckige Rauchigkeit, die dem Wein großartige Komplexität gibt, wieder zarte nach Birne, ein komplexer und spannender Weißer Burgunder.
