Auch der Weißburgunder stammt von den typischen Muschelkalkböden rund um Ingelheim und wird in der Korbpresse mit hohem Druck gepresst, bevor es ins große, gebrauchte Holzfass geht, zur Gärung und anschließender Lagerung auf der Vollhefe bis zur Füllung. Der 2020er Weissburgunder beginnt sehr ruhig und zart, ein Leisetretter, mit feiner Frucht und floralen Anklängen, sehr hell, etwas Litschi, ein Hauch Pfirsich, Holunderblüten und Kamille, sehr balanciert und elegant. Am Gaumen macht die helle Frucht genauso weiter, filigran und dezent, der kalkige Druck schimmert leicht durch, der Wein lebt aber eher von seiner Saftigkeit und der feine Schmelz bringt gute Länge mit, fast tänzelnd bleibt der Weissburgunder elegant am Gaumen hängen.
