Der Weisse Burgunder Gutswein von Schäfer-Fröhlich ist der cremig-würze Einstieg in die Burgunderwelt. Intensive Frucht, sehr duftig mit floralen Nuancen, dann kommen noch grüne Reflexe durch, etwas gelber Apfel und Stachelbeere, am Gaumen fängt er mit feiner Struktur an, dann sehr cremig und geschmeidig, fast etwas buttrig zum Abgang hin. Ein weicher und schmeichelnder Weißer Burgunder von der Nahe. [Jg. 2013, CB 05/2014]
