Typisch Pittnauer, seine Cuvée aus Burgundersorten und Chardonnay heißt einfach „Weiße Reben„. Helles Grüngelb, in der Nase frischer Boskop-Apfel, kandierte Ananas, zarter Blütenduft, etwas kräutrig und würzig. Am Gaumen stoffig, viel Struktur, dezent herbes Säurespiel, feine Orangenzeste mit Nachhall, trinkanimierend, mineralischer Rückgeschmack. Leichte Holztöne und die Maischegärung sind erkennbar aber nicht dominant, ein vielschichtiger Speisenbegleiter. [Jg 2012, GB 2014]
