Description

Der Weißburgunder aus der Lage Prantner zeigt sich als der Charmeur im Sortiment von Thomas Straka. In der Nase zuerst eine leichte Reduktion, dann aber schnell reife und weiche Frucht, Aprikose und reifer Apfel, dazu etwas Speckbirne und fast ein exotischer Hauch aber auch Kräuternoten. Am Gaumen kraftvoll und dicht, saftig-weiche Struktur, eine mürbe Mineralik und eher dezente Säure, dazu deutlicher Schmelz, wieder etwas Speckbirne, pfeffrige Würze und etwas Mango, bleibt intensiv am Gaumen hängen.
