Außergewöhnlicher Weißburgunder, schon die Farbe - ungewöhnlich dunkel, sprich leicht orange. In der Nase Orangenmarmelade, Marzipan und Zuckerkaramell. Am Gaumen beginnt er ebenfalls mit einer sehr reifen Textur, stoffig, fast weich, mit Luft und Zeit im Glas setzt aber eine herzhafte Säure ein, dann kommt tolles Salz dazu, wie man es vom Weißburgunder nicht kennt, druckvoll im Abgang und guter Traubengeschmach im Nachhall.
