Eine impulsive Nase eröffnet den Weißburgunder Kirschgarten von Knipser mit einer Mischung von reifer Frucht, Salzigkeit und Karamell, ein Hauch vom Holz ist noch spürbar, sehr intensiv und etwas opulenter als der vorherige Jahrgang. Am Gaumen ein ähnliches Bild, kraftvoller Körper, gleich mit einem Hauch Hefe, wieder Rauchigkeit und ein dezenter Holztouch, mürbe Struktur, etwas grüne Mango, Grapefruit und bleibt gut am Gaumen hängen, Salzigkeit kommt auch hier wieder durch, stoffig und lang.
