Am Gaumen schmelzige Textur, saftig, wieder mit einer Nuance Banane, Birne, mit einem Anflug Orangenzeste, zart rauchig mit feiner Säure, brotige Würze, vollmundig ohne fett zu sein, animierend kalkige Mineralik im Abschluss.
