Der Weißburgunder GG wächst in der Lage Henkenberg, eine von vulkanischen Böden geprägte Toplage des Kaiserstuhls. Die Nase öffnet sich mit Luft und bringt eine Vielzahl an Aromen mit, Würze, reife gelbe Äpfel, ein Hauch Aprikosen, leicht buttrig vom Holzausbau. Am Gaumen präsentiert er sich cremig und weich, die knackige Säure kommt aber immer wieder durch, bleibt Elegant und harmonisch. Ein dichter Weißburgunder mit viel Druck.
