Der Weißburgunder Gutswein - laut Konrad Salwey Everybodys Darling - stammt von Lösslagen am Kaiserstuhl und ist im Stahltank -inkl. biologischem Säureabbau- ausgebaut. In der Nase sehr sortentypische Melone und Granny-Smith Apfel, ein Hauch frischer Gartenkräuter. Am Gaumen zeigt er Frische, auch Säure, dazu aber doch auch eine schöne Cremigkeit, alles gut miteinander verwoben, eher puristisch mager mit zartem mineralischen Touch. Ein frischer Weißburgunder der einfach Spaß macht. [GB Jg. 2016]
