Der 2015er Weißburgunder von Claus Preisinger beginnt sehr reduktiv und kühl, rauchig und straff, dazu etwas grüne Noten, Limette, Zitronenmelisse, etwas Weihrauch, gelber Pfirsich, verändert sich wahnsinnig schnell mit Luft, wird dabei immer feiner und zarter. Am Gaumen mit straffem und frischem Beginn, federleicht mit nur 12 vol.% Alkohol, aber trotzdem mit Substanz, hefige Struktur macht sich auf der Zunge breit, wieder rauchige Würze, zuerst saftig, dann lässt eine kalkige Mineralik die Zunge leicht austrocknen, etwas Wacholder und ein floraler Hauch, gelbe Birne, fast schwarze Mineralik, etwas Pumpernickel. Der Weißburgunder wurde ohne Filtrierung, hefetrüb und ohne Schwefelbeigabe gefüllt - RAW! [CB Jg. 2015]
