Weißburgunder Edelgraben 2013
Description
Ein außergewöhnlicher Weißburgunder, der nach der Maischegärung in Amphoren und Holzfässern, für 18 Monate in Eichenfässern ausgebaut wurde, danach unfiltriert und ungeschwefelt abgefüllt. Intensive Kräuterwürze, frische Birne, Grapefruitzesten und etwas Honig. Am Gaumen sehr lebendig, frisch strukturiert, feine nussige Anklänge, salziger Nachhall, reifer Apfel im Abgang, viel Stoff, ein Wein mit viel Substanz und trotzdem einem grandiosen Trinkfluss.
