Ein außergewöhnlicher Weißburgunder, der nach Maischegärung 18 Monate in Eichenfässern ausgebaut wurde. Intensive Kräuterwürze, frische Birne, Grapefruitzesten und etwas Honig. Am Gaumen sehr lebendig, frisch strukturiert, feine nussige Anklänge, salziger Nachhall, reifer Apfel im Abgang, viel Stoff, ein Wein mit viel Substanz.
