Überzeugender Burgunder vom Centgrafenberg. Helles Grüngelb, in der Nase strenge grüne Noten, an Apfel und Limettenzeste erinnernd, zarte Röstaromen vom Barriquefass. Am Gaumen rund und gut strukturiert, fein verwoben das Holz mit geschliffener Frucht und feiner Mineralik, Bratäpfel und Hagebutte klingen an, eine Spur Salzigkeit rundet den Abgang ab.
