Was für ein Einsteig! Bereits der erste Jahrgang des Weißburgunders der beiden frankophilen Weinmacher macht Gänsehaut. Gekonntes Naturwein-Feeling, in der Nase Ringlotten, Granatapfel, frische Feigen und feine Noten von grünen Gartenkräutern wie Liebstöckl, begleitet von einer minimalen Reduktion. Am Gaumen beginnt er mit einer zart herben Textur, Birnenschale, dezenter Gerbstoff und eine elegante Säure setzen ein, es wird immer intensiver mit der Zeit, eine zierliche Phenolik unterstützt das alles, stimmig und lang im Nachhall.
