Ein geschliffener Weißburgunder Gutswein von Dönnhoff - voller Eleganz und Rasse. In der Nase ein tolles Potpourri aus Apfel, Birne, Ananas, grüne Haselnussschale, Apfelblüten und ein winziger Hauch Salbei. Am Gaumen eine glatte Textur, eine durchaus lebhafte Säure mit einem leichten Zitrustouch, saftiger Klarapfel, etwas weißer Pfirsich, schnörkellos präzise, frisch wie ein Gebirgsbach. [GB 06/2021]
