Dieser Weißburgunder kommt vom Leithaberg mit Muschelkalk im Untergrund. In der Nase gelbe Traubenschale (man richt förmlich die Trauben von der Ganztraubenpressung), dazu leichte Sesam- und Feuersteinnoten, dann Quitte, Bratapfel und ein Hauch Orangenzeste. Am Gaumen eine mächtige Textur, nur sehr zarte Säure, gedeckte Frucht, ganz feiner Gerbstoff kommt auf, alls sehr harmonisch, bleibt fruchtig und bleibt nachhaltig. [GB Jg. 2017]
