In der Nase ein tolles Potpourri aus Apfel, Birne, Ananas, grüne Haselnussschale, Apfelblüten und ein winziger Hauch Salbei. Am Gaumen eine knackige Textur, sehr lebhafte -fast rieslingähnliche- Säure mit einem leichten Zitrustouch, dann zart rauchig, etwas weißer Pfirsich, schnörkellos präzise, klar - gut - und lang.
