Ein strahlig-mineralischer Weißburgunder Gutswein mit der typischen Dönnhoff Eleganz. In der Nase Orange und Pfirsich, leichter Briochetouch, am Gaumen präzise in der Textur, ganz feine Säure und etwas bizelig, weiße Birne und Steinobst, dann kommt eine mürbe Struktur mit viel Druck durch die bis in den Abgang bleibt.
